# Swap

A decentralized exchange is where you can swap one token for another. There are thousands of cryptocurrencies on the Metis Andromeda(Layer2) and using Netswap(DEX), you can discover and swap them with as little as one click.

To Trade Metis, NETT, stablecoins or other cryptocurrency tokens simply select the two tokens you wish to exchange using the swap panel on the swap page.

When you make a token swap (trade) on the exchange you will pay a 0.3**% trading fee**, which is broken down as follows:

**0.25%** - Paid to liquidity pools in the form of a trading fee for liquidity providers.

**0.05%** - Sent to the treasury of Netswap team.
